My name is Christina, welcome!

I’m a former scientist, with a PhD in Neuroscience. But now I work for a biotech company supporting other scientists with their research.


I love to cook, and take photos of food - who doesn’t?!


During the pandemic, I decided to document some family recipes connected to my Thai heritage. I took a particular interest in looking at how different cultures historically connected through food. Now I’ve decided expand that project to this page!


Expect a lot of food from East and Southeast Asia (ESEA), mostly family recipes! But really, the theme of this project is “no limits”!!


Please note: a lot of these recipes are developed as being part of the Thai diaspora. So they largely accommodate what is available in the UK.


As a fundamentally lazy person, these recipes should be pretty easy to follow.
